Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks techniques, routines, and tips on his Instagram. Jo died from an aneurysm when he was 30 on the 30th of June 2023. The day before his death he was experiencing neck pain. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed the death of his friend by sharing it on Instagram. His then girlfriend Nicha was also on the same page.
